Deans, Directors, Program Heads and selected faculty members actively participated in a Strategic Planning Workshop held in Alindahaw Resort, Lakewood, Zamboanga del Sur on June 24-28, 2019. The workshop was called – ZPPSU STRATEGY 2025 – Strategic Planning Workshop: Laying the Groundwork for the Rollout of the Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University.

 Fourth Industrial Revolution and how HEIs must respond to it. Another invited speaker – DOST IX Regional Director Martin A. Wee shared his expertise on Quality Assurance System with the ultimate purpose of enabling ZCSPC/ZPPSU leadership and management team to craft its own QMS Framework.

 

VP for Administration and Finance – Prof. Rico Mabalod stated that “The strategic planning workshop was an opportune time for the ZCSPC strategic

 leadership and the management teams to retrospect, do serious strategic thinking and decide on the next quantum leap forward to stay relevant in the V-U-C-A societal milieu, to keep pace with and address head-on the new realities and imperatives of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Education 4.0 and Service 4.0. The workshop also generated new inputs and deliberated on the remaining works to be done in compliance with CHED requirements for University.”
